Launching the Elements of AI in Swedish

On May 15, Elements of AI launched in Swedish with the bold goal of educating 100,000 people in Sweden during 2019. At the launch event, prominent partners and guests held talks in front of a full up lecture hall at the Stockholm School of Economics.
AI Innovation of Sweden initites a pre study regarding a new node in Stockholm

AI Innovation of Sweden at Lindholmen Science Park has previously established a first node in Gothenburg. The next step is now being taken through a pre-study run by Kista Science City.
Educating more than 100,000 Swedes on AI

Sweden has come a long way in terms of digital competence, but still has a lot to learn when it comes to AI. In order to create applications and solutions from research and innovation, a basic understanding of opportunities and possible dangers are needed. AI Innovation, Vinnova and Linköping University now provides Sweden with opportunities for such understanding. Elements of AI is free, open for all and comes in both English, Finnish and, as of May 15, Swedish.

If you have visited AI Innovation of Sweden's offices at Lindholmspiren, you probably bumped into Marcus Österberg and Lars Lindsköld. Marcus and Lars both work at Region Västra Götaland but spend a major portion of their time working on the project Swelife AI. Lars has also been a part of AI Innovation of Sweden's team as a senior consultant.

Carl Lindberg to build data factory at AI Innovation of Sweden

Carl Lindberg, formerly from AP2 and one of the founders of high-profile Gothenburg company Sigmastocks, is building the data factory which is being established at AI of innovation of Sweden at Lindholmen Science Park. The data factory will make data and infrastructure available in a unique way, which will accelerate research and innovation in the AI sector.
Artificial Intelligence improves the Swedish Tax Agency's customer service

During this year's edition of the International Science Festival, AI Innovation of Sweden was on location for one of the key programme points: 'Artificial intelligence will soon be part of your everyday life'. It is a seminar intended for a general audience with interested in technology at the festival in the Nordstan district of Gothenburg.
How will AI affect the law office of the future?

One of the latest additions to AI Innovation of Sweden's team is Josefine Rembsgård, who recently recieved her law degree from University of Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. In her graduation thesis "AI –The Lawyer's Tool or Replacement?" she analysed and attempted to predict how AI will affect the legal field.
New Master's thesis: How to Plan and Manage Machine Learning Projects?

This spring, Christoffer Brasjö and Martin Lindovsky, two students from Chalmers University of Technology, are researching project management practices for machine learning projects. They are now looking for organisations that are interested in joining this research.
