Accelerating applied AI in Sweden

The FVO Association was awarded for its AI tool to coordinate and match financial support via FVO to households in need. The organization, which annually receives 13,000 applications, sees that the AI tool can create great value for applicants, investigators, and foundations alike. 'We are very happy for this opportunity to use AI to make it easier for those who are financially vulnerable to receive a little extra support,' says Magnus Bodin, Development Strategist at the FVO Association.

Last week, participants gathered in Gothenburg and Stockholm for the AI Robotics Challenge hosted by AI Sweden and Red Hat . The event challenged them to deepen their understanding of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) by training and deploying machine learning models to guide robots through a series of obstacles.

AI Sweden recently hosted two Open House events in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The events featured discussions on how AI can contribute to solving societal challenges and creating new opportunities across nearly every sector. – What breadth! There was truly something for everyone, regardless of their level of knowledge. I left with tons of new insights and ideas, said Henrik Sjöström, Senior Business Development Manager at OX2, who attended the event in Stockholm.
