Talent programs
The increase in AI applications is leading to a fast rise in demand for AI experts. The business community routinely identifies the shortage of AI skills as the top challenge to their planned expansions in AI applications. Together with partners, AI Sweden drives talent programs to address this shortage of expertise.

How to attract talent
Our talent programs are co-created with partners to meet our overarching goals:
- Growing the national talent pool
- Attracting and sourcing international talent
- Boosting professionals with knowledge, best practices, and a network of people with similar challenges and solutions
AI Sweden’s efforts related to talent attraction and reinforcing partners’ capabilities were launched in August 2021 and are continuously being scaled. The primary purpose is to contribute to partners’ ability to recruit more talent. All talent programs developed directly or indirectly by AI Sweden will increase the talent pool for AI Sweden’s partners.
The talent programs are built by and for AI Sweden’s partners, and one or more partner organizations typically initiate and fund them.
