Competence Strategy Forum

AI Sweden's Competence Strategy Forum aims to create a collaborative area from which activities are initiated to strengthen competence in AI. The learnings and insights will serve as a basis on which organizations in the AI Ecosystem will be able to build their AI competence strategy.

Research continues to show that the shortage of AI competence in organizations has a significantly negative effect on how organizations use AI to create competitive advantages.

To be able to use AI to its full potential, the competence needs to grow both horizontally and vertically. Organizations need to strengthen their competence strategy to understand how to reinforce their organizational competence both in a short and long-term perspective.

AI Sweden's Competence Strategy Forum aims to create a collaborative area from which activities are initiated to strengthen competence in AI. The learnings and insights will serve as a basis on which organizations in the AI Ecosystem will be able to build their AI competence strategy.

The purpose of the initiative is to accelerate the use of AI by learning how AI competence can be developed and used as an organizational advantage.

The objective is to serve the Swedish AI ecosystem as a basis for building a strategic AI competence plan. The findings and the participants’ contributions will also serve as a foundation for developing future competence initiatives in the AI Sweden Ecosystem.

What we want to achieve with the Competence strategy forum is that more organizations work strategically and tactically in developing different types of competencies to accelerate the use of AI.
