AI Sweden is structured as a public-private partnership, where all partners contribute according to a set model that includes an annual fee and/or in-kind contributions.

The partnership model has been updated for 2025. Additional and updated levels have been added to better address the wide range of sizes among potential partners (e.g., small and large municipalities).

More about the partnership model
The partnership runs for each calendar year with automatic extension if not canceled with at least 3 months' notice.
Partners joining during the second half of a calendar year commit to the remaining part of that year and the following year.
Lab fees and investments for specific programs or projects are managed separately.
