The new cohort is off to a flying start at the kickoff event in Stockholm. Welcome to our thirteen newest participants!
Last week the Young Talent program kicked off with two full-packed days in Stockholm. The participants come from several different cities in Sweden, as well as four participants from Ukraine. They will sit in Gothenburg, Linköping, Västerås and Örebro throughout the fall.
During the kickoff, their new AI Sweden colleagues welcomed them with introductions and presentations. We made time for study visits to both Microsoft and Intel who gave a tour of their offices and explained how they work with AI.
Three former and current participants of the Microsoft Aspire program told us about their background, their time in the program, and what they work with now. We also heard a presentation by the Cloud Architect, Korey Stegared-Pace.
At Intel, we were introduced to several AI projects. It was clear that the organization is currently undertaking a significant expansion of AI initiatives. The visit ended with the group testing several innovative applications at the office.
This week the Young Talents have started their education and project work. They are getting to know the material and the organization behind AI Sweden. During the fall they have the opportunity to work with AI Sweden’s partner organizations on tasks and projects.
Are you looking for extra help in some of your projects, and is your organization ready to take on new skilled staff? The Young Talent participants will bring fresh eyes to your projects and are ready to gain working experience. Reach out to Sofia Hedén if you are interested in collaborating with participants in the Young Talent Program.
