AI Sweden is the Swedish national center for applied artificial intelligence.

Our mission is to accelerate the use of AI for the benefit of our society, our competitiveness, and for everyone living in Sweden. We are broadly funded and not for profit, and we collaborate with speed and boldness in everything we do with our over 150 partners from the private and public sectors as well as academia.

AI Sweden grows with 19 new partners

AI Sweden's partner network continues to grow, this time with 19 new organizations from both the private and public sectors.

Nordic Council of Ministers Gives Green Light to Funding for Nordic AI Center

The Nordic Council of Ministers announced today its intention to contribute five million Danish kroner annually between 2025 and 2027 for the establishment of a Nordic AI center. The funding is a crucial step towards realizing a center that will strengthen the Nordic region's position in artificial intelligence. AI Sweden is now leading the preparatory work.

AI Sweden receives SEK 47 million to accelerate the use of AI in Swedish companies

AI Sweden, the Swedish national center for applied artificial intelligence, receives almost SEK 47 million from the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth to accelerate the use of AI in Swedish innovation environments and companies. The project will help to advance the use of AI in Swedish companies through broad knowledge dissemination, national collaborations, training of innovation support actors and direct support to small and medium-sized enterprises.
