In our series Big Tech for Small Business, we invite tech giants to demonstrate how startups and smaller companies can leverage their tools and services. This time, we have invited Linjing Fu from IBM and we also get to meet Karl Wallengren from Atea.
Language: English
Duration: Approx. 56 minutes
For this session, we invited IBM, where Linjing Fu provides a practical walkthrough of the company’s most important AI tool, watsonx. In the video, we also meet Karl Wallengren from Atea, who demonstrates how they have built solutions using IBM’s platform and technology.
Session Highlights
- From Generative AI to Agentic AI: An explanation of how AI agents differ from standard chatbots by not only generating text but actually performing tasks and retrieving information from corporate systems.
- Live Demo of IBM watsonx Orchestrate: A practical walkthrough on how to build, deploy, and monitor an AI agent for HR from scratch. The agent can answer questions based on company regulations and update data within the actual HR system.
- Atea’s Service for Sensitive Information: A presentation on how Atea used IBM’s watsonx technology to build a service that automates the masking and de-identification of sensitive information (both personal data and trade secrets) in documents.
