Top executives gathered at the AI Sweden Leadership Summit 2026
Leaders from major organizations, including executives from AstraZeneca, Saab, Axel Johnson, Afa Försäkring, and Södra, took the stage for panel discussions and strategy sharing at the first invite-only AI Sweden Leadership Summit. The summit also served as the official launch of the AI Sweden Leadership Report 2026 – A Vision for Leadership Reshaping Business.

Panels on stage addressed key themes such as Purpose and pace, Bold leadership through geopolitical turmoil, chairpersons' perspectives on the CEO role, and the experiences and needs of data and AI executives.
Discussions centered on the mindset shift required to lead through uncertainty, accelerate decision-making, and unlock long-term business value.

Each stage presentation was followed by interactive roundtable discussions for nearly 200 invited leaders. To close the event, Göran Lindsjö and Karin Vajta Engström officially launched the AI Sweden Leadership Report 2026, co-authored by Göran Lindsjö and Martin Svensson.
