Petra wants to ignite the AI community in Stockholm

Petra Dalunde last came from Kista Science City AB where she, in her role as COO, built up and led the co-creation platform Urban ICT Arena. She has a professional background as a political advisor in Stockholm City Hall, Head of Communications at Stockholm City Development Administration and investigator / project manager at Stockholm Business Region.

When Petra was offered the new role at AI Innovation of Sweden, she couldn´t resist.
“It is an honor to receive this important assignment, and it suits me perfectly as I have spent the last five years creating this kind of collaboration within urban digitization”, Petra says and continues; 

"What I can bring to the table is a different perspective, good questions and great facilitating skill, since my networks are wide and rich. Also I realized when listening to this report during the weekend,  that one reason for supporting the develoment and usage of AI is that it can help us to take accurate action faster when needed.

"There are several challenges with AI. Legal and regulatory ones, how we manage data, how we are organized and what competense we have (or lack). My job is to help identify these challenges and be a catalyst to get them solved, together with partners and the different necessary stakeholders.

Focus on activating the AI ​​community

In her new role, Petra will focus on gathering and expanding the AI ​​community in Stockholm, arrange  learning opportunities, meetups and identifying project initiatives with partners. Together with the  rest of the AI Innovation of Sweden team, Petra will continue to develop the partnerships, both by broadening the range of partners and creating value for those who have already joined the initiative.

All projects and initiatives within AI Innovation of Sweden are driven nationally and all partners in Sweden have the same opportunity to get involved.
