As leaders, we don't have all the answers – and that's precisely why we need leadership that is both responsive and courageous. In a world where the expected can quickly become the unexpected, it's about being ready for whatever happens. Leading today means creating security in the midst of change and daring to act even when the map isn't completely drawn.
