Six additional organizations joined AI Sweden's partner network during the summer: Almega, Almi AB, IAR Systems, Riksbanken, Unionen, and Violet AI.
"We are delighted that AI Sweden is not only expanding its partnerships, but also increasing the diversity of societal representation within our network," says Martin Svensson, Managing Director at AI Sweden.
AI Sweden's mission is rooted in the belief that artificial intelligence is fundamental to Sweden's future prosperity and that broad collaboration across both organizational and industry boundaries is required to best utilize the technology.
"We know that AI will bring about profound changes in every sector of society. It's particularly encouraging to see our partner network not only grow but also diversify. In the first half of 2024 alone, we have welcomed major export companies, industry associations, labor unions, authorities responsible for critical infrastructure, and important actors for Swedish defense to AI Sweden's partner network," says Martin Svensson.
The partner network now boasts nearly 140 organizations, all contributing to the shared ambition of accelerating the use of AI in Sweden, strengthening Sweden's welfare and competitiveness, and improving the lives of everyone who lives in Sweden.
"Many new partners, especially those in the early stages of their AI journey, view this collaboration as an opportunity to learn from others' experiences and avoid common pitfalls. This shared knowledge base is proving to be a key attraction for organizations joining our network," says Martin Svensson.
