AI Sweden wants to drastically increase the pace of implementation of AI in the Swedish industry and society. To succeed in this, we are looking for individuals that can combine expertise in AI methods, systems, and implementation with a deep understanding of organisations and change management.

To do this we have identified the need for individuals that can lead to transformational change and transformative projects, and help our partners from being curious about AI to embracing it throughout their organizations.
About the role
An AI Change Agent drives the integration of AI into valuable operational applications, connecting methods with opportunities with an eye on organizational effectiveness, infrastructure, technologies and tools.
You will work closely with our partners (corporates, SME:s, Startups, Academia, and the public sector) to identify high impact challenges and opportunities and convert them into AI use cases. You should be able to conceptualize solutions, scope and develop applied research- and innovation projects, and apply for funding when needed.
We believe that collaboration is key for accelerating applied AI in Sweden. An essential part of your daily work will be to promote and facilitate collaboration across organizations. You will manage, complex collaborative projects with domain experts, technical experts, and researchers from several different organizations. During project execution, your role will be to maintain focus on the business value and impact and make sure that the projects generate actionable next steps and implementation.
We are looking for energetic and curious individuals with a good understanding of AI methods, systems, and how they can be applied. We expect applicants to show strong social, communications, and management skills, as well as a commitment to making a real difference by enabling our partners to make use of AI.
We expect you to have
● Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant environments/roles where change or transformation of some sort has been a dominating aspect
● High-level understanding of different AI technologies and how to apply them in practice, and preferably hands-on experience of applied AI or data science
● Ability to explain technical solutions and project results for non-technical audiences
● Capability to quickly understand different domains and organizations and their challenges
● Proven project management skills and experience of leadership without formal authority
Employment & location
The scope of the AI Change Agents is national and will involve frequent interaction with partners across Sweden and internationally. Home location for the candidate is therefore open, but preferably Gothenburg, Linköping, Lund, Luleå, Skellefteå, Stockholm, Sundsvall, or Örebro.
Employment will be at one of the host organizations of AI Sweden for an initial period until 20211231, with the intention to extend into long-term employment.
