We are happy to invite you to a seminar with the theme: AI, art and Intellectual Property Right

May AI be an artist? 
Is AI designed artwork real creative art?
Can it be considered valuable?
How may AI and an artist create together? How does that work?

May AI be an artist? Is AI designed artwork equal to human designed creative acts? Can it be considered valuable? How may AI and an artist create together? How does that work?

The seminar will address and discuss questions like the above. To our aid we have invited three guest speakers. They will give their views on the matter.

Samantha Hookway, is an artist, designer and lecturer at Academy of Design and Crafts, and Fredrik Garneij is an engineer and a connectivity artist. Together they are StudioAlight.com which is a studio that utilizes artificial intelligence in their artworks. In the session, Studio Alight will share a strand of their work that brings to surface questions around the fundamental principles around intellectual property. 
Merima Bruncevic, is director of CIP, Center of Intellectual Property, and lecture at the Gothenburg University on the topic of artificial intelligence.

Kristina Andersson and Susanne Stenberg, RISE, will be moderators at the event.
