On March 15, The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) will present its final report for the Regulatory Pilot Testbed project.
Since last fall, AI Sweden has worked together with The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), Region Halland and Sahlgrenska University Hospital on piloting a regulatory testbed. The project focused on legal guidance on matters related to decentralized AI.
By trialing a regulatory testbed, the organizations could test their ideas in dialogue with the supervisory authority IMY and receive support in legal assessments. The working method enables mutual learning where the organizations get a better understanding of current regulations and the supervisory authority enhanced their knowledge of how the technology works and what legal issues it brings with it.

The project is now finalized and IMY invites to a webinar to present the project report and discuss the learnings of using regulatory testing as a working method.
The webinar will be in Swedish.
