Master GenAIOps: Red Hat AI501 Enablement Week

-

Move beyond the chat bubble. Join Red Hat and AI Sweden for an intensive, hands-on week dedicated to the next frontier of AI operations: GenAIOps.

While MLOps laid the foundation for predictive models, Generative AI introduces entirely new challenges—from prompt versioning and RAG orchestration to autonomous agents and LLM safety. Following the success of the AI500 (MLOps) course, Red Hat is now inviting AI Sweden partners to the first Swedish iteration of AI501: GenAIOps Enablement.

Why GenAIOps?

Building a PoC is easy; taking a Generative AI application into production is not. This course shifts the focus from the model itself to the AI-enabled application as the unit of delivery. Over five days, you will learn how to build, deploy, and observe production-grade GenAI workflows using Red Hat OpenShift AI.

What you will learn

This is a lab-heavy course designed to simulate real-world production environments. Key modules include:

  • Prompt Engineering & Experimentation: Managing prompts as code and versioning model interactions.
  • RAG & Vector Databases: Integrating Retrieval Augmented Generation to ground models in organizational data.
  • Agentic Workflows: Moving from simple chats to autonomous agents capable of tool-calling and complex task execution.
  • Safety & Guardrails: Implementing security layers, content filters, and PII masking.
  • LLM Observability: Monitoring the "three pillars" (metrics, logs, traces) specifically for foundation models.

How to apply

To reserve your spot or nominate a team (seats are limited), please contact: Andreas Bergqvist (Red Hat) abergqvi@redhat.com

Who should attend?

In the spirit of the AI500 philosophy, we highly encourage cross-functional teams to join together. This course is ideal for:

  • Data Scientists looking to operationalize LLMs.
  • Platform Engineers tasked with providing AI infrastructure.
  • AI Architects designing scalable, secure GenAI applications.
  • Managers and roles surrounding the above.

Note: While AI501 is a standalone follow-up to the AI500 MLOps course, having a basic understanding of OpenShift or Kubernetes is beneficial.
