Embark on your AI journey (In Swedish)
The training, Embark on your AI journey, is for leaders that want to start and accelerate their AI Journey by adding a systematic way of working. During the training, the participants will have the opportunity to meet with other leaders from different partner organizations.
Objective
The objective of the training is to provide the participants knowledge about the roadmap to a systematic way of working with AI use cases, the AI journey.
DO: Be able to use tools to identify, assess and prioritize AI use cases
KNOW: What value AI can bring in the organization
FEEL: Confident in the approach of working with AI in a systematic way.
Learning objectives
After the training, the participants will be able to:
- Describe the potential with AI
- Explain how AI affects organizations
- Identify AI opportunities in your field of business/operations
- Discuss AI use Cases
- Start to plan an AI roadmap
Training design
The training is a 2x2 hour virtual instructor-led training and will be containing a mix of both theoretical lectures and practical group exercises. You will get the link prior to the training.
Pre- and post-work
We will expect the participants to prepare themselves by doing pre-work before the session and post-work after the sessions.
A training for partners
The training is available for our partner organizations and free of charge!
