Annual AI Maturity Report Training - third session

To get the most from AI solutions, organizations need to transform the way they work. The technology is most effective when every part of the organization collaborates closely. This organizational change is what we call AI Transformation.

An organization that has started to perform AI PoCs and Pilots but can’t get further on from that, could do an Annual AI Maturity Report to assess the current situation, be able to benchmark improvements, and identify what areas to focus on to mature and move on.

Objective
The objective of this training is to enable everyone who wants to support their organization’s AI maturity process by performing assessments, analysis and follow-up workshops with the use of the Annual AI Maturity Report Tool.

Learning objectives
After the training, participants will be able to: 

• Understand and use the Annual AI Maturity Report Tool

• Guide and support an organization that wants to do an assessment

• Set up the Annual AI Maturity Report Tool

• Do an objective analysis of the result

• Prepare and perform an analysis workshop with their organization

Training design 
The training is a 3x2 hours virtual instructor-led training and will contain a mix of both theoretical lectures and practical group exercises. 

Pre- and post-work
We expect participants to prepare by doing pre-work before the sessions and post-work after the sessions.  

Training for partners 
The training is available for our partner organizations, free of charge.

Target group
People with a change agent role that want to be able to prepare and perform an assessment and analysis workshop based on the AI Maturity Report Tool. 

Training language
The training language is English.

• 25th of November 09:30-11:30 CET – 2-hour virtual instructor-led training (English)

• 9th December 09:30-11:30 CET – 2-hour virtual instructor-led training (English)

There is a no-show fee of 2000 SEK if you don't cancel your participation 3 days before the first session. The invoice will be sent to your organization of employment.
