Join the startup meeting for the new AI Catalyst Network!

At the AI Transformation Day we announced the launch of a new network focused on the work involving AI Journey and how to intergrate applied AI in an organisation. The target group is people working hands on with transformation and strategic AI roadmap work, both from the business and IT sector. We want the network to be a practical network sharing experiences, good and bad, related to the process of integrating AI in an organisation.

The key concepts of discussion will be organization, culture, mindset, change management, business models, processes, operating models, eco-system, awareness, competence. Almost everything except data and AI technology itself. These are of course crucial core competences and capabilities for being able to roll out applied AI, but not the focus of this network.

This first meeting is to gather interest, work out a format, setup a how often we should run this and set the topic for the first "real" meeting scheduled for right after the summer.

The discussions will be in Swedish.
