Re:Create talent match

As part of the Re:Create project, we are working to match companies and organizations in the creative industries with Master's and Bachelor's students for student projects focused on generative AI. The projects can be part of a thesis, course or internship. Focus areas are design, fashion, architecture, and film.

We aim to create a win-win collaboration

At AI Sweden, we've found that student-industry collaborations are mutually beneficial. They create opportunities to share new insights and perspectives while building competence and expertise on both sides.

Students bring their AI skills into real-world contexts, and organizations gain not just extra support, but also a talented resource who can explore new ideas with them.

Some case examples, but not limited to:

  • Testing and evaluating AI methods and tools in creative processes

  • Mapping and analyzing problems, flows or user needs

  • Developing new ways of working or conceptual prototypes

Collaboration structure

AI Sweden’s role is to facilitate connections between students and organizations.

While we will not supervise projects, students are welcome to use our office during the collaboration period and take part in our community.

Both students and organisations will be encouraged to present and share learnings from the work during the project period.

Duration and matching process

The Re:Create project is scheduled to run until the end of April 2027, and our ambition is to continue supporting this talent matching initiative throughout the project period.

Matches will be ongoing throughout the project, meaning there are no set deadlines. The number of places is limited and cannot be guaranteed, but we prioritize matches where we see potential for good collaboration and mutual value.

Neither students nor organizations are charged or receive funding for participation. However, the collaboration offers a valuable opportunity to explore generative AI in practice, develop new skills, and work together on real-world challenges.
