Why a AI security graduate program?
Artificial Intelligence is becoming a cornerstone for the Swedish industry, the public sector, and society at large. But as adoption accelerates, so do the risks. Traditional cybersecurity focuses on protecting infrastructure, while AI Security is about ensuring that AI systems themselves behave safely, robustly, and ethically, even under manipulation or attack.
Today, AI is being developed and implemented at a faster pace than organizations build the capability to secure it. The result is increased vulnerability and a growing skills shortage.
The AI Security Graduate Program is the most ambitious talent program in AI security. It is engineered for organizations committed to acting proactively, rather than simply reacting to the inevitable.
For partners
Secure AI begins with the right talent
Through the AI Security Graduate Program, you can build critical AI security competence within your organisation. You gain access to talent for 12 months, working hands-on with your real challenges, in your environments. After the program, they transition into full-time roles with you, continuing to cultivate and spread expertise internally.
The program is designed to strengthen your long-term capability to build secure and resilient AI, and is based on research, advanced AI labs, and work on actual challenges. It's a result of collaboration between specialists and partners across both the private and public sectors, an and leading experts from both industry and academia.
For candidates
Work with the best on real-world challenges
As a candidate in the program you are employed as a consultant through Nexer, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role at the host organisation after 12 months. Candidates applying to the program typically come from backgrounds such as: computer engineering, computer science, AI and machine learning, cybersecurity, software development, mathematics or engineering physics.
Through the program, you divide your time between AI Sweden where you work with researchers and specialists, and the host organisation, building critical AI security competence.
